Check out Lisa Nichols article in this months issues December Essence magazine, "Go From Stressed to Blessed".  The following are her suggested ways to set yourself up for a spectacular New Year!  Go to page 98 for explanation of each suggestion as listed below!

1.  Reset your default mode.
2.  Start with your "Already done list".
3.  Bless the gifts that came wrapped in sandpaper.
4.  Move from reacting to responding.
5.  Laser your focus.
6.  Turn your optionals into nonnegotiables.
7.  Play in your passion.
8.  Invest in yourself.
9.  Find a way to give back.
10.  Keep the end in mind.
Lisa ellaborates in her article that the powerful lessons we learn are part of  realities transitions that lead to our hopes and dreams.  As individuals we are all worth it, and we deserve a happy, and propserous life.  However,    when we plan, and make efforts towards progress, and change our life experiences become more gratifying.  Not to mention God is always there guiding us, and directing us along the way. Keeping Him close to heart blesses our efforts in every way.....

Start your 2012 to do list with things you've done in 2011!

I was reading in the December issue of Essence about suggested ways to inspire a spectacular new year.   This list was created by Life coach  Lisa Nichols.  Number 2 on her list is made good sense to me, "Start with your already done list."  This is similar to the philosophy of counting our blessings (which we should all do on a regular basis).  Reflecting  on accomplishments is one of the best ways to appreciate your life, and the blessing of all that God has brought you through this year.

Taking note of the specifics transpired in your 2011 journey will help to make plans for 2012! Lisa notes that asking yourself what lessons did you learn from your experiences is the perfect place to start. So get out two pieces  of paper, start your list of things already done in 2011, use the other piece for things to do for 2012.   Remember doing this has a spiritual significance as well. In the Bible, Habakkuk 2:1-3 :2 And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon the tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3.....though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come it will not tarry.
Write it! Speak it! Do it!  By the good grace of God, in the powerful Name of Jesus it is possible!     A wise man has a plan.

Inspirational Video

Please check out this video, my communications instructor suggested!  The meaning  is deep!  I'd love to know what you think!!????

Yes, You Are Enough!

Have you ever thought about if you are enough?  Face it, none of us are perfect, and never will be. We could say we are perfectly human (that 'll work). That statement is true!  Now that you're looking at things from the non perfect perspective you  can see you really are enough!  There is two factors that will move things along in the right direction.  Faith and God.  If you are a spiritual person then you already  know you will need some help from the Divine Creator! God created you, and I with the ability to be a unique individual.  When He made you He threw away the mold... (smile)  There is a life mission, a purpose just for you.  Don't wait any longer, the time is now.
God  plus Faith equals opportunity, and blessings!

The only thing stopping you is YOU!  If there is something you need, anything you need to be done, YOU are the best candidate for the job!  It'll get done in a way only you can do it, with you in mind, to your personal liking! Check out your attitude!  It's time to get re-energized.  Whatever it is, make the first step on your own behalf, you  deserve it....  Yes, You are enough!
